What Can an OHIP Billing Agent Do For You?

An OHIP billing agent is:

1. An expert in all things billing-related. They can ensure you are coding correctly and maximally, and will make corrections where needed to ensure that you are properly paid for all of the medical services you perform.
   
2. Someone who deals with more than just OHIP claims. An agent will process out-of-province, IFH, private insurer and direct to patient claims. They will take the time to fill out forms and retrieve patient records as required, to ensure payment.
   
3. Someone who will track down version codes and other missing or outdated information, and resubmit your claims in a timely manner (i.e. within the same billing period).
